These videos are typically shown at funeral homes or places of worship during memorial services. Created quickly—often in less than 24 hours—they combine photos, music, and video clips. Our standard approach uses 60 photographs and 2 songs to create a meaningful, heartfelt tribute. Unlike a simple slideshow, each memorial video offers a unique celebration of the individual’s life, lasting 4-6 minutes. The images feature gentle movement, synchronized with the selected music, and the finished video is available via digital download.
Cost of a Memorial Video
Memorial Videos cost $2.00 per photo so that you can adjust the price based on your selection. There is also a $25.00 setup fee, which covers custom titles and your choice of music.
Steps to Create a Photo Montage
- Collect your photos and organize them around a theme—by person, in chronological order, or any way that feels appropriate. Make sure all images are in JPEG format.
- Choose music with special significance for you or the intended recipient; typically, one song accompanies every group of 30 pictures.
- Decide on opening and closing titles to personalize the montage.
- Send your photos to Chicago Star Productions, either by bringing them in or emailing them. We’ll craft them into a cherished family keepsake.
